Full-service automation, electrical, and instrumentation for oil & gas, water/wastewater, and industrial facilities — engineered for reliability, not complexity.
Industries We Serve
We specialize in two of the most demanding operational environments — where uptime isn't optional and system failures have real consequences.
From wellhead to distribution, we deliver reliable automation and control solutions for upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. Our work spans pipeline telemetry, pump station control, custody transfer metering, and SCADA integration — built to survive demanding field environments.
We understand the unique regulatory and operational demands of public water systems. Our team programs and commissions control systems for water treatment plants, lift stations, distribution networks, and wastewater facilities — keeping communities safe and systems compliant.
We support municipal operations beyond water — including electrical distribution monitoring, facility automation, and remote SCADA for utility infrastructure that communities depend on every day.
Process automation, machine controls, and system integration for industrial and manufacturing facilities. We bring the same field-proven approach to plant floor automation that we apply to critical infrastructure.
We specialize in designing and maintaining remote monitoring systems for geographically distributed assets — tank farms, pump stations, well sites, and lift stations — using radio, cellular, and fiber communication networks. Reliable data when and where you need it.
What We Do
From initial design through startup and long-term support, we cover every discipline your project requires — with practical solutions your team can maintain.
01
Ladder logic, function block, and structured text programming across major platforms — thoroughly documented and built to be maintained by your team.
02
Operator interface design built for clarity. Clean graphics, intuitive navigation, and alarm management that operators actually use — not ignore.
03
System-wide SCADA builds with reliable data acquisition, historian setup, alarm and trending configuration — giving your team real visibility.
04
Radio, cellular, Ethernet, and fiber integration including Modbus, remote telemetry support, and communications troubleshooting across distributed sites.
05
Calibration, loop checks, 4–20mA troubleshooting, RTD and thermocouple installation, valve positioner setup, and field testing for pressure, level, flow, and temperature devices.
06
Control panel wiring, field device installation, conduit and cable runs, power distribution, motor controls, instrument wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
07
Hands-on commissioning and startup support — we stay on-site until your system operates exactly as designed, and we train your team before we leave.
08
Rapid, methodical fault diagnosis for control system failures, communication issues, and instrumentation faults. We find the root cause, not just the symptom.
09
Modernize legacy PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems without disrupting operations — and we remain available for remote support and on-call troubleshooting long after project close.
Why Choose Us
We measure our success by how well your system runs six months after we've left the site — not by how impressive it looks on paper.
We design systems for the operators who run them and the technicians who maintain them — not for the engineer who programmed them.
Every decision we make — from architecture to alarm management — is oriented toward keeping your facility running and minimizing unplanned outages.
Every project includes complete as-built documentation, I/O lists, and commented code — so your team can work on the system without calling us every time.
We're not transactional. We build lasting relationships with facilities that rely on us when something goes wrong — because something always eventually does.
Our Process
A structured approach that keeps projects on time, on budget, and fully aligned with your operational needs.
We assess your existing systems, operational requirements, and pain points before anything is proposed.
A clear scope of work with defined deliverables, timeline, and technical approach — no surprises.
Programming, configuration, and panel work carried out to specification with regular check-ins.
On-site installation, loop checks, functional testing, and startup — with your team involved throughout.
Full documentation, operator training, and ongoing support to make sure the system stays running.
